Three Things We Never Let Our Buyers Skip

As your buyer agents, we always make sure you don’t skip these three things when buying a property:

  1. Pre-Approval

    It’s not just knowing how much you’re approved for in a home loan, it’s also about knowing how much you can afford on a monthly basis. This is the first step, before we even go house shopping, and gives you a budget to work with.

  2. Home Inspection

    You should always know what you are buying. A home inspection gives you an overview of all the systems in a home and potential issues with a property. It allows you to make an informed decision before moving forward with buying.

  3. Final Walk-through

    This is your final opportunity to make sure the house is in the same or better condition than when you last saw it. Oftentimes the final walk through is when we discover something is missing that shouldn’t be (ask Jennifer about a missing stove!) or an issue that has arisen that wasn’t there before. It’s best to get that straightened out before closing day!
