We are seeking a Part-Time Real Estate Assistant to support our growing business by handling marketing execution and administrative tasks. If you’re highly organized, creative, tech-savvy, and get joy from making things run smoothly behind the scenes β€” we want to meet you!

Job Title: Real Estate Assistant (Marketing & Administrative Support)

πŸ“ Location: MW Office – 2714 Clifton Ave, Nashville
⏰ Hours: Up to 20/wk | Mostly Mon–Fri, 9–4 | Must be available Monday mornings
πŸ’Έ Pay: $18–$25/hr based on experience
πŸ“ Role: Independent Contractor (1099)

Responsibilities:

Marketing Support:

  • Create and schedule engaging social media content (primarily Instagram) utilizing both trending themes and the marketing calendar.

  • Design marketing materials (listing flyers, social graphics, email newsletters) using Canva.

  • Assist with listing marketing, including MLS descriptions, property website updates, and promotional materials.

  • Manage and update the website in Squarespace.

  • Create email campaigns in Mailchimp, including monthly e-newsletter, new listing announcements and open houses.

Administrative Support:

  • Organize and maintain client files and CRM data.

  • Schedule client showings and buyer/listing consultations. Prepare required materials for showings and appointments (showing sheets, listing presentations, etc).

  • Prepare client cards and gifts.

  • Create and distribute meeting notes; follow-up on task assignments.

  • Coordinate signage, lockboxes, and materials for open houses/broker events.

  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, signage, merch and swag.

  • Assist with client events, from planning and preparation to execution and follow up.

  • Maintain up-to-date internal records and information in the Operations Manual.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in marketing, administration, or real estate support.

  • Tech-Savvy: proficient using Canva, Mailchimp, social media scheduling tools, Google Workspace, Squarespace and CRM software.

  • Highly Organized: strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Flexible & Self-Motivated: can handle tasks as they arise with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent Communication: high level of verbal and written skills with a professional tone

  • Real Estate Experience Not Required, but familiarity with the industry is a plus!
